Please complete all forms and bring them to our first appointment. My office is located in the Hommati Building at 6264 S. Sunbury Road, Westerville, OH 43081. My suite is on the lower level and the waiting room is at the bottom of the stairs immediately on your right. I have been licensed as a psychologist since 1998 and have worked with individuals from all walks of life with a wide variety of presenting concerns. I have years of experience working with fertility and reproductive issues, trauma, depression, anxiety and the sense of a vague angst that 'something isn't quite right'. I incorporate many approaches and techniques into my work, including relational attachment and psychodynamic themes, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
Meeting via telebehavioral health may be an option depending on your situation; these forms explain how it works and is an informed consent.
